Do you use your spiritual label as a cloak for your emotional inadequacies and immaturity

A few people have asked me if I'm no longer offering spiritual services and if I am just doing Emotional Healing work. I AM STILL offering spiritual services, click on this link for services.

The thing is, spiritual growth and development can only happen with Emotional Healing & Mastery, hence, my focus since the beginning of December has been on emotional therapy and coaching. And lots more people, now more than ever need healing and support for the emotional side of things.

Many spiritual practitioners have resorted to numbing their emotions 'for the sake of spirituality' for the longest time, causing a fair amount of chaos within their spiritual life, and energy bodies. 2020 has truly done its job of highlighting this, and the emotional blindspots have run rampage amongst far too many spiritual groups creating delusionary realities.

The world as we know it is no longer the same, and this applies to everything we have thought or were taught about spirituality as well. Especially the new age version of spirituality, and the new age versions of religions.

There are several ways in which most of us, spiritual or not, deal with our emotions.

  • Numb them, so we don't feel them (or just push them aside)
  • Intellectualise our emotions, give reasons as to why we feel a certain way, and then think our way out of the lousy feeling, while the emotional energies are still very much stored in the body. And we think we are feeling ok. Our cells store memories, especially emotional ones, and this is why we can get triggered or have our buttons pushed.
  • Using spiritual tools, names of the Creator, prayers, interesting new-age techniques to feel good, while still not addressing the core issues surrounding the emotional baggage, hence the large number of sociopathic and narcissistic tendencies of practitioners in both the new age and religious arenas
  • Using sex, porn, food, alcohol, recreational drugs, essential oils and other forms of addictions to deal with emotions

All of these are just moving energies around, we are not really dealing with the real issues.

I am aware that many people do not like reading this, and I have received hate emails and messages from people, telling me, not in these words but similar "to stuff it where there is no daylight". LOL. Funny thing is, they came to me in the first place, reading my materials, and then get angry. My advice is don't read my materials if it irks them so much.

I say what I say from experience, I too fell into the same trap, and I know what people are going through and where their blindspots are leading them away from.

It is hard to tell someone their blind spots, it is futile, so I don't even try, except with my clients where my responsibility is.

So all of these experiences and interactions with spiritual people show me why it is so important for us to work on Emotional Healing & Mastery! If people have truly mastered their emotions, they would not have reacted or felt the way they have done so.

In order for us all to grow spiritually as one human race, we all need to be honest with ourselves first and foremost. Without self-honesty and self-awareness, whatever spiritual labels we have given to ourselves, calling ourselves healers, spiritual teachers, preachers, priests, pastors, nuns, practitioners, Christians, Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus etc are really just labels acting as cloaks to hide our emotional inadequacies and immaturity.

It seems the pandemic hasn't been a big enough wake-up call for too many people, are they waiting for something bigger before they do something? I feel this to be so sometimes when I observe things around me. I truly hope I am wrong.

If we as a collective consciousness, as one human race is to head towards transformation for the betterment of society and for our future generations, we each have a responsibility to deal with our inner stuff first. With that, we can have clarity and have a wider perspective of how we can contribute, and that is our superpower.

What do you need to look at with honesty in your inner world today?
